A Journey Begins

We're delighted to announce an exciting season of art, nature, mythology, and storytelling.

Over the coming months, Whispers of the Forest: A Journey Through Spirit and Time will unfold across two exhibitions, alongside our participation in Open House Latrobe.

Created by artists Alvina Bishop-Edwards, Valerie Hibberd and Amanda Thorpe (Mandi) Whispers of the Forest explores the enduring relationship between humanity and the natural world through interconnected artistic voices. Valerie's work draws on mythology, folklore, and storytelling, while Alvina's paintings reflect the spiritual connection between people and trees, celebrating their beauty and resilience while acknowledging the vulnerability of our forests.

Together, the works invite you to step into landscapes where ancient stories linger beneath the trees, where memory and myth intertwine, and where nature reminds us of both its beauty and its fragility.
